Hi there! I’m a girl who’s deeply passionate about psychology — not just as a subject, but as a way of understanding the world, emotions, and the beautiful complexity of people. I love observing, feeling, and figuring out what lies beneath the surface — in others and in myself.

One of my favorite things to do is go for long walks alone, headphones in, music playing — it’s my way of recharging and connecting with my thoughts. There’s something magical about wandering through the city or nature, letting the music guide my steps, and feeling totally present in the moment. It’s like therapy, but free.
